In Workers' Compensation and Social Security cases, the law requires that lawyers not charge their clients until the case is over, and only when the Workers' Compensation Commission or Social Security approve the fee. Therefore, all lawyers basically charge the same by law for Workers' Compensation cases and Social Security cases.
